We are committed to promoting a diverse and inclusive workplace - a place where we can each be ourselves and do the best work of our lives. At Tracksuit we consider a unique perspective, diverse experience and a growth mindset to be of greater value than ticking every box on an JD. If you think you have what it takes but don’t have the exact experience we’ve set out, please still get in touch and apply. We’d love to chat!

At Tracksuit we provide beautiful, radically affordable, always-on brand tracking which is easy to use compared to traditional methods. We recognise that sounds like a ton of buzzwords for marketers, so what it really means is that we did over 50,000 surveys last month to find out what real humans think and feel about the world’s best brands and their competitors. Are you Tracksuits new BizOps Manager?
As Tracksuit scales from startup to best-in-class global business, we need robust operational systems that enable our growth. Working closely with our Chief of Staff, you'll be the operational engine and cross-team glue that helps us scale efficiently while maintaining our distinctive culture and pace.

This role combines strategic thinking with operational excellence. Like internal consulting meets special forces, you'll tackle operational challenges with both rigour and speed, adapting as our needs evolve.
👉 Please note — while we have listed this role as being based in our Sydney office, we are also open to Auckland applicants and this person working from our NZ office.

As our BizOps Manager you will be responsible for:

    • Embed and refine the Tracksuit operating system: build Notion templates, structure info architecture, define Slack best practice, and maintain The Game Plan database of cross-functional projects
    • Run Track Meet end-to-end: craft agenda, curate content, and keep our flagship forum world-class
    • Draft strategic comms: monthly Tearaways & Tracksuit Monthly updates for internal and external stakeholders, always in brand voice
    • Champion culture: ensure every process, playbook and message reflects our values and operating principles
    • Automate and innovate: hunt for AI or workflow wins (Zapier, Slack, Notion) that cut manual work and sharpen data flow
    • Own documentation discipline: templates, SOPs, playbooks - kept current and easy to find
    • Surface insights: build crisp business reports that reveal trends and opportunities
    • Special projects: execute on projects, gaps or opportunities that arise as we scale the business

That’s the role, so who are you?

    • You turn chaos into clarity with crisp written comms and ruthless prioritisation
    • You design processes people actually use and know how to drive adoption in teams
    • You are comfortable digging into data using SQL, Looker, G-Sheets (or similar) to back recommendations with numbers
    • You own projects and ship cross-functional work in fast-growth environments
    • You are a team player who values kindness, integrity. You have a generalist mindset that values service over ego
    • You default to problem solving and action with strong "figure-it-out-ability"
    • You thrive in fast-paced environments and are excited at the prospect of having a tangible impact on Tracksuit’s culture.
    • You understand why good branding is critical to a business’ success (and why it’s important to track, i.e. why Tracksuit exists!)
