We are committed to promoting a diverse and inclusive workplace - a place where we can each be ourselves and do the best work of our lives. At Tracksuit we consider a unique perspective, diverse experience and a growth mindset to be of greater value than ticking every box on a JD. If you think you have what it takes but don’t have the exact experience we’ve set out, please still get in touch and apply. We’d love to chat!
At Tracksuit we provide beautiful, radically affordable, always-on brand tracking which is easy to use compared to traditional methods. We recognise that sounds like a ton of buzzwords for marketers, so what it really means is that we did over tens of thousands of surveys last month to find out what real humans think and feel about the world’s best brands and their competitors. Are you our next Product Manager?
We're looking for a Product Manager to lead our Survey Product & Platform - the engine that powers Tracksuit's mission to prove that great brands build great businesses. At Tracksuit, brand measurement isn’t just reporting — it’s shaping how modern brands grow. This role ensures our survey engine sets the global standard for how brand health is measured. This role sits at the core of Tracksuit’s growth journey by empowering us to achieve our ambitions and scale our impact.
You'll be stepping into a pivotal moment: we’re accelerating our investment and impact on data quality, operational efficiency, and product innovation. As the PM, you’ll build experiences that make completing surveys feel simple and engaging, while ensuring we capture high quality data and deliver this in a scalable and cost efficient way.
This high visibility role is shaping a critical pillar of the business. You’ll work closely with an incredible team to build survey experiences and platform capabilities that are deeply connected to data quality, operational scale, and user trust.
As our Product Manager, you’ll report to the Group Product Manager, and you’ll be responsible for:
- Defining and driving the product vision for Tracksuit's survey product and platform, balancing operational excellence with data innovation
- Driving a product team focused on our survey content and respondent experience (what data we collect) and our survey platform experience (how we collect the data).
- Partnering with our Research, Design, Engineering, Data Science, and Operations functions to shape our survey methodology and capabilities
- Making critical trade-offs between competing priorities: speed vs. quality, automation vs. flexibility, scale vs. customisation
- Survey Innovation: Evolving our content to meet market needs while maximising respondent engagement and data value
- Respondent Experience: Driving measurable improvements in survey engagement metrics through systematic experimentation with UX, content structure, and interaction patterns
- Business Growth - Sample Runway: Ensuring we can scale into more granular regions and new markets with representative, high-quality respondents
- Data Quality & Integrity: Reducing fraud rates, improve sampling quality, and minimise measurement error
- Operational Efficiency: Decreasing day to deploy and time spent on fieldwork while expanding regional coverage
Problems you'll help solve
- How do we design survey content that maximises both respondent engagement and data value?
- How do we systematically test and improve the survey respondent experience to increase engagement and response quality?
- How do we source respondents for increasingly granular segments across expanding geographies?
- How do we deploy surveys faster without sacrificing quality?
- How do we build platforms that scale with our growth while maintaining world-class data quality?
That’s the role — so who are you?
- Product management experience: You are able to take a broad strategic goal and break it down into product strategy and roadmap
- Curiosity about the technology: You can partner effectively with engineers on API design, system architecture, and automation strategies
- Data-driven to your core: You use metrics to guide decisions, design experiments, and measure impact
- Track record of leading through influence: You've coordinated across multiple teams and stakeholders without direct authority
- Systems thinker: You see how pieces connect, anticipate second-order effects, and design for long-term scalability
- Clarity over consensus: You can make difficult decisions and communicate the "why" compellingly
- Bias to action: You ship iteratively, learn fast, and aren't paralysed by ambiguity
- Outcome-obsessed: You focus on customer and business impact, not output
- Learning focused: You enjoy testing hypotheses, analysing results, and iterating based on feedback to continuously refine product-market fit and optimise impact.
- Master the details: You are seen as a safe pair of hands. You build confidence across the team by sweating the details without getting lost in them, ensuring that nothing falls through the cracks.
- Collaborative leader: You build trust across functions and elevate the teams around you
- Comfortable with complexity: You thrive when managing multiple moving pieces and interdependencies
- Nice to haves: Experience in market research, survey methodology, or data quality domains. Evidence of improving engagement metrics through systematic testing of UI, content, or interaction patterns. Hands-on experience with survey platforms (Decipher, Qualtrics, etc.)
