At Tracksuit, we're building an incredible product that our customers LOVE and use every day. We're looking for an engaging, creative and thoughtful human to speak the language of marketers and be a true champion of our customers' brands.

We are committed to promoting a diverse and inclusive workplace - a place where we can each be ourselves and do the best work of our lives. At Tracksuit we consider a unique perspective, diverse experience and a growth mindset to be of greater value than ticking every box on an JD. If you think you have what it takes but don’t have the exact experience we’ve set out, please still get in touch and apply. We’d love to chat!

At Tracksuit we provide beautiful, radically affordable, always-on brand tracking which is easy to use compared to traditional methods. We recognise that sounds like a ton of buzzwords for marketers, so what it really means is that we did over 50,000 surveys last month to find out what real humans think and feel about the world’s best brands and their competitors. Are you Tracksuit’s new Senior Product Analyst?
We’re looking for a dynamic Senior Product Analyst to unlock the full potential of our data, drive impactful insights, and help scale one of the fastest-growing SaaS businesses in Australia and New Zealand.

As our first dedicated Product Analyst, this role is perfect for a pragmatic self-starter who is equally interested in empowering data-driven decisions cross-functionally and implementing best practices in product analytics and event tracking.

👉 Please note — while we have listed this role as being based in our Auckland office, we are also open to Sydney applicants and this person working from our Sydney office.

As our Senior Product Analyst, some of your key responsibilities will include:

    • Data-Driven Decision-Making: Influence our product strategy by performing quantitative analytics on user behavior to measure, monitor, and predict product engagement and customer retention.
    • Cross-Functional Enablement: Be the bridge between product teams and quantitative and qualitative user research, empowering them with insight and conviction for product development
    • Data quality & collaboration: Develop best practices of product analytics (event tracking, data modelling, experimentation), and working closely with analytics and data engineering teams to ensure survey, product, and commercial data is accurate, integrated, useful, and timely.
    • Process Improvement & Reporting Automation: Identify & implement opportunities to automate data reporting, enhancing the speed and scalability of insights delivery, as well as solicit ongoing feedback from product and Customer Success teams to iterate on and improve analytical deliverables.

That’s the role, so who are you?:

    • You will be an experienced Product Data Analyst with demonstrated industry background of 5+ years in product analytics, business intelligence, or a related field within a SaaS environment
    • Product & Customer Focus: Demonstrated success in leveraging data to drive product strategy and enhance customer engagement.
    • Strategic Insight: Ability to identify key business trends, set analytical priorities, and generate insights that directly impact product and business outcomes.
