You’ll be the go to People person for these region — partnering closely with local leaders, rolling out global initiatives with a local lens, and creating a brilliant experience across the entire employee journey 🙌.

Why this role is exciting
This is a high impact role at the heart of our global growth. As our first Senior People Partner on the ground in your region, you’ll have the opportunity to build and lead — taking ownership of everything from hiring and onboarding to engagement, compliance, and culture.

You’ll champion our culture locally and bring a people first energy to everything you do. You’ll work closely with our global People team and regional leaders to create a workplace that feels inspiring, inclusive, and truly Tracksuit.

You’ll be joining a company that truly cares about its people — and you'll have the freedom, trust, and support to help shape what that looks like as we scale.

As our Senior People Partner, you’ll report to the Head of People, and you’ll be responsible for:

    • Owning and executing local People strategy, aligned with our global frameworks
    • Providing strategic and practical advice to local leaders on all things People, culture and compliance
    • Leading recruitment efforts in your region, ensuring every candidate gets a world-class experience and ensuring effective processes are aligned with the global recruitment strategy.
    • Supporting local internal talent development and retention initiatives, including onboarding, performance management, and career growth.
    • Managing local employee relations with empathy, transparency and care — even when it’s hard
    • Championing Tracksuit’s culture in your market and driving local engagement initiatives
    • Overseeing office and workplace experience to create an inclusive, efficient, and energising space
    • Always looking for ways to leave things better than you found them — through smart process improvements and small changes that create big impact

That’s the role — so who are you?

    • You’re an experienced People Partner (ideally with 7+ years under your belt) who has experience operating in fast-paced, high-growth environments
    • You’re ambitious in your craft, but always make space for kindness, humility, and collaboration
    • You’ve got strong experience in employee relations, recruitment, local employment law and day-to-day People operations
    • You’re both strategic and hands-on — just as comfortable mapping long term goals as you are jumping in to fix a process
    • You’re a natural relationship builder who communicates clearly, builds trust fast, and genuinely cares about people
    • You bring a global mindset with local savvy — you can align with a bigger picture, while tailoring initiatives to your region
    • You bring clarity to chaos, and know that simplicity often creates the biggest lift
    • You bring pace, energy and focus — and know how to take ideas from zero to shipped
