Legal at TRACTIAN
The Legal Department at TRACTIAN is responsible for overseeing all legal aspects of the company’s operations, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations while minimizing risks. This department plays a key role in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, including client agreements and supplier arrangements, as well as managing corporate governance and intellectual property matters. The Legal team works to safeguard TRACTIAN’s interests, providing strategic counsel and supporting decision-making across the organization. By fostering a proactive approach to legal challenges, the department ensures that TRACTIAN operates with integrity and efficiency, enabling sustainable growth and innovation.
What you'll do
As a Legal Analyst, you will work closely with the Legal and Operations teams, being responsible for reviewing, drafting, and negotiating supply-related contracts, ensuring legal security in the company’s relationships with suppliers, partners, and service providers. We are looking for someone proactive and collaborative, capable of handling multiple demands simultaneously in a dynamic environment. Strong organizational skills, attention to deadlines, and commitment to following up on legal processes and obligations will be essential for success in this role.
Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate supply-related contracts and other legal documents connected to the company’s operations.
- Ensure legal compliance in agreements with suppliers, partners, and service providers.
- Structure and update contract templates, internal policies, and supporting legal documents.
- Monitor ongoing legal proceedings and propose preventive measures to mitigate legal risks.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Law and active OAB's registration.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in corporate legal departments or law firms, with a focus on business contracts and compliance.
- Familiarity with digital court systems (e-SAJ, PJe, Projudi).
- Experience with supply-related contracts or similar.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Fluency in English.

- Experience in tech companies or regulated industries.
- Previous involvement in supplier or service provider negotiations.
- Ability to communicate legal topics clearly to non-legal teams.
- Familiarity with judicial processes and procedural routines.
