What you'll do

As a Senior SMB Account Executive, your primary mission will be to drive growth within the small and medium-sized business (SMB) segment. You will identify, target, and close deals with SMBs while building lasting relationships and driving adoption of our solutions. Your role will focus on managing the entire sales cycle, leveraging outbound and inbound strategies, and achieving ambitious revenue goals. Success will be defined by your ability to rapidly scale our SMB customer base and contribute to the broader sales team goals.

Responsibilities

    • Prospect, qualify, and close new SMB clients using a blend of inbound and outbound strategies.
    • Develop tailored sales approaches for SMB customers, balancing volume and personalized communication.
    • Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring a high conversion rate.
    • Utilize HubSpot CRM to track opportunities, manage pipeline, and forecast sales effectively.
    • Conduct engaging product demonstrations, highlighting the value of our solutions for SMBs.
    • Provide consultative sales support to help SMBs overcome challenges and adopt our solutions.
    • Gather feedback from SMB clients to inform product development and market strategy.
    • Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to align efforts and optimize results for SMBs.

Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
    • 3+ years of proven experience in B2B sales, specifically within the SMB segment.
    • Experience managing high-volume pipelines while maintaining quality interactions.
    • Strong understanding of outbound prospecting techniques and closing strategies.
    • Proficiency in HubSpot CRM or similar sales platforms.
    • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage SMB decision-makers.
    • Goal-driven, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
    • Adaptable and strategic thinker, comfortable with a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

    • Experience in SaaS sales.
    • Extracurricular experience during undergraduate studies (BAJA, EJ, Athletics, FSAE, and sports).
