What you'll do

As an Accounts Payable Coordinator, focused on payments and Balance, you'll be responsible for daily accounting activities, analysis, reconciliation, payments, adequate documentation for internal and external needs.

Responsibilities

    • Execute and reconcile national and international payments (Brasil).
    • Cash Management: manage and optimize cash flow by monitoring account balances, forecasting cash needs, and initiating transfers as necessary.
    • Collaborate to ensure that we are fully compliant with company policies and internal needs as well
    • Prepare the reports and control over all the company costs.

Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Finance, Business, or related field
    • 5+ years of Finance and/or Accounting experience
    • 1+ years of Experience in leadership
    • Excel proficiency
    • Advanced English
    • Comfortable interacting with internal senior level executives
