As part of this team, you will be in contact with clients to understand their needs and help create solutions to improve their maintenance processes.


What you'll do

As an Implementation Engineer at TRACTIAN, you will be responsible for deploying and maintaining cutting-edge Condition-based Monitoring (CbM) solutions for our industrial clients. You will work directly with Reliability teams, ensuring that best practices in asset management and predictive maintenance are effectively implemented.
You will lead the project implementation from initiation to Go-Live, ensuring seamless system integration into manufacturing and industrial environments. Additionally, you will conduct alignment meetings with clients, define deadlines and deliverables, and ensure the quality of project implementation.
Your role will provide clients with reliable tools to optimize machine performance and predictive maintenance. Your expertise will drive our mission to enhance machine reliability and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

    • Project Management: Manage all project stages, ensuring that deadlines and deliverables are met within the stipulated timeframe
    • Client Alignment Meetings: Conduct alignment meetings with clients, define deadlines and deliverables, and ensure the quality of project implementation
    • Technical Asset List Review: Review the technical asset list, ensuring that all necessary information is available for a safe and effective project implementation
    • Process Mapping: Conduct a full process mapping of the client's operations, identifying key performance indicators, key users, and internal champions to drive project adoption
    • Master Field Installation Plan: Develop the Master Field Installation Plan, a technical reference document that will guide the installation process, prioritize sensor placement, and include the necessary regulatory standards to ensure proper sensor installation
    • Structured Handoff: Ensure a well-structured handoff process, guaranteeing the complete transfer of information to internal teams and securing the project's long-term success
    • Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system implementations and provide feedback on product development, ensuring solutions effectively meet industrial client needs

Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Production, Mechatronics, Automation)
    • Strong knowledge of Maintenance and Reliability Project Management
    • Solid troubleshooting skills with expertise in real-time monitoring
    • Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to continuous improvement
    • Excellent communication skills for client training and documentation purposes
    • Knowledge of maintenance performance indicators (MTTR, MTBF, MTTA, among others)
    • Proficiency in Project Management Software and Project Management Methodologies (MS Project)
    • Knowledge of CRM systems (HubSpot)
