Director, Product Marketing

We are looking for an experienced B2B SaaS Director, Product Marketing to work closely with our Marketing and Product leadership teams  on our global go-to-market strategy, analysis and planning. You are responsible for positioning our Traction Guest platform as a leader in enterprise visitor management that helps drive the security and efficiency goals of large organizations. You will be part of our senior leadership team and lead our overall product marketing strategy and initiatives.

What You Will Be Doing

    • Be the expert on our industry and buyers: why they buy, and their buying criteria
    • Be the expert on our competition and how we differentiate including customer segments, competitive analysis and market trends
    • Develop and evangelize market-shaping product positioning, messaging, and value proposition that differentiates and drives demand for our products
    • Develop a clear and effective product marketing plan and drive its execution through collaboration with the Product and Marketing teams
    • Lead product launches - from messaging, to team collaboration, to metrics and sales enablement resources
    • Analyze immediate and extended competition, industry trends and educate our team on significant updates
    • Contribute to thought leadership initiatives, such as industry articles and webinar presentations
    • Work closely with our Product team to understand the roadmap and gain insights directly from our customers   
    • Master analyst and influencer relations, increasing understanding of our  product and helping shape our category


    • 12+ years Product Marketing experience in a B2B SaaS environment
    • 5+ years of leadership experience within a marketing or product management role
    • Experience marketing to enterprise level organizations 
    • Experience working within a global organization 
    • Deep understanding of SaaS technologies related to our industry (security, compliance or data analytics expertise) a definite asset
    • Strong portfolio demonstrating writing, thought leadership, sales tools, and content marketing experience
    • Proven track record of of success leading product launches across North America and Europe
    • Demonstrated experience thriving in a dynamic and fast paced scaling technology company
    • Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to translate technical specs into a relevant, compelling copy
    • Demonstrated ability to work successfully in a cross-functional team with marketing and product management
    • Excellent project management and interpersonal skills
