We are looking for a strategic SVP, Sales & Marketing who will lead our sales and marketing efforts to drive revenue growth for Traction Guest. As our SVP, Sales & Marketing, you will be a key member of our executive team. You will work closely with the CEO to develop annual business plans and growth targets for the company.

What You Will Be Doing

    • Be a strong leadership presence across the organization and act as a member of the executive team
    • Be a strategic partner to the CEO on business plans and growth plans for the company
    • Provide strong leadership to the sales and marketing teams
    • Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue and growth
    • Lead, motivate and inspire our sales & marketing teams to meet our revenue goals and business objectives 
    • Define processes and systems that drive growth outcomes and identify improvements 
    • Provide detailed and accurate revenue forecasting  
    • Own and manage P&L of the sales and marketing teams
    • Monitor customer, market and competitor activity and provide feedback to company leadership team and Product team to optimize our market strategy
    • Most importantly, create a culture of success and ongoing business and goal achievement within the organization
    • Presenting to, and interacting with, the Traction Guest board and stakeholders regarding market vision and execution

Skills

    • 15+ years’ experience in senior leadership positions within fast scaling SaaS companies 
    • 10+ years’ experience leading global sales and marketing teams
    • Experience leading sales & marketing functions with P&L responsibility
    • Strong experience in B2B enterprise level sales and marketing 
    • Proven track record of success leading a high-performing sales and marketing teams to meet growth targets and objectives
    • Thrive in a rapidly changing and scaling SaaS based company
    • Experience expanding and growing into international markets
    • Strong experience partnering with product management on a go-to-market strategy 
    • Experience working in both a start up environment and an enterprise level organization a definite asset 
    • Strong leadership presence including public speaking and presentation
    • Strategic planning and analytical skills and overall strong business acumen 
    • Experience presenting to, and collaborating, with board level decision makers
    • Experience in being a part of the equity raise process by interfacing with potential investors during the due diligence process
