Tradeify.co is seeking a visionary and highly creative TikTok and Reels Content Manager to spearhead our short-form video strategy.
As a pivotal member of our growing marketing team, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, producing, and optimizing compelling content that not only entertains but also educates our audience, drives engagement, and accelerates prop firm challenge sign-ups. You'll report directly to the Head of Marketing, collaborating closely with our TradeifyTV team and other cross-functional departments.

The Opportunity
- Strategic Content Development: Develop and execute comprehensive short-form video strategies for TikTok and Instagram Reels, aligning content with broader marketing goals to enhance brand presence and drive business growth.
- High-Impact Content Creation: Plan and produce visually captivating, bite-sized videos that combine entertainment with strategic marketing, designed to grab attention within seconds and drive action (e.g., follows, shares, sign-ups).
- Financial Storytelling & Education: Translate complex financial concepts, prop firm challenge rules, strategies, and payouts into clear, engaging, and compliant short-form video content, leveraging the "pocket-sized learning" trend.
- Trend Integration & Brand Identity: Skillfully adapt to rapidly evolving platform trends and viral sounds while maintaining Tradeify.co's brand identity and ensuring all content is fact-based, clear, and non-deceptive, adhering to financial regulations.
- Performance Analysis & Optimization: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as views, shares, completion rates, and conversion metrics to assess campaign effectiveness and continuously refine content strategy for maximum visibility and audience interaction.
- Community Engagement: Manage and maintain active social media channels, monitoring and responding to comments, messages, and inquiries to foster meaningful connections and act as a brand ambassador.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with social media strategists, designers, copywriters, and compliance teams to ensure content aligns with broader campaign goals, brand narratives, and regulatory requirements.
- Platform Expertise: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging features on TikTok and Instagram Reels, identifying opportunities for growth and innovation.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a TikTok and Reels Content Manager, Social Media Content Manager, or similar specialized short-form video role, with a strong portfolio demonstrating successful content strategies and execution.
- Deep understanding of TikTok and Instagram Reels algorithms, platform-specific features, editing tools, and cultural landscapes.
- Proficiency in professional video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve) and motion graphics software (e.g., Adobe After Effects) tailored for short-form content.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights to optimize content performance.
- Exceptional creative storytelling, scriptwriting, and visual communication skills for bite-sized, high-impact content.
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex financial concepts into clear, engaging, and compliant short-form video content.
- Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance best practices for social media marketing, including appropriate risk disclosures and avoiding misleading claims.
- Extensive digital marketing experience and strong Search Engine Optimization (SEO) skills relevant to social media platforms.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, remote environment.
