We are seeking a creative and strategic eSports Partnership Manager to build and manage our brand's presence within the global gaming and eSports ecosystem. You will be responsible for identifying, negotiating, and activating partnerships with eSports teams, influencers, tournament organizers, and platforms to connect the Tradeify brand with a new generation of competitive, strategic thinkers. This is a ground-floor opportunity to architect our eSports marketing strategy from scratch and drive significant brand awareness and talent acquisition for the firm.
You'll report directly to the Director of Marketing, and your primary stakeholder contacts will be the CMO, COO, and the broader marketing team

The Opportunity
- Partnership Strategy: Architect and execute Tradeify's eSports partnership strategy from the ground up, identifying key verticals (teams, influencers, events, content creators) that align with our brand values and target audience.
- Sourcing & Pipeline Management: Proactively identify, source, and manage a pipeline of potential partners within the eSports landscape, building a network of key industry contacts.
- Negotiation & Contracting: Lead the end-to-end negotiation process for all partnership agreements, including deal terms, deliverables, and legal requirements, ensuring a strong ROI for the firm.
- Partnership Activation & Management: Oversee the successful activation and day-to-day management of all partnerships, ensuring all contractual obligations are met and maximizing the value of each collaboration.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key partners, serving as their primary point of contact at Tradeify.
- Creative Campaign Development: Collaborate with partners and our internal marketing team to develop authentic and engaging content and campaigns that resonate with the gaming community and highlight the parallels between high-level gaming and trading.
- Analytics & Reporting: Establish, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for all partnership activities, measuring success in terms of brand reach, engagement, and lead generation (trader applications).
- Budget Management: Develop and manage the eSports partnership budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to achieve strategic goals.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Director of Marketing, Content, and Digital Product teams to ensure partnership activities are fully integrated into broader marketing campaigns and company objectives.
- Market Research: Stay on the cutting edge of the eSports and gaming industry, monitoring trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a partnership, business development, or influencer management role within the eSports or gaming industry.
- A demonstrable track record of successfully identifying, negotiating, and managing high-impact partnerships.
- An existing and robust network of contacts across eSports teams, talent agencies, and major gaming platforms.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with partners.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
- A data-informed mindset with experience tracking and reporting on campaign performance and ROI.
- A creative and strategic thinker who understands how to create authentic brand integrations within gaming culture.
- A self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Nice to haves
- A genuine interest in financial markets, fintech, or the world of proprietary trading.
- Experience marketing financial products or services to a younger, tech-savvy demographic.
- Understanding of the core competencies of successful traders (e.g., risk management, discipline, pattern recognition) and the ability to connect them to gaming.
- Experience using CRM and influencer management software.
$85,000 - $95,000 a year
Position: eSports Partnership Manager
Reports to: Director of Marketing
Base Salary: $85,000 - $95,000/yr USD
Bonus Potential: Performance-based annual bonus
