We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Affiliate Account Executive to build, manage, and scale our affiliate program. You will be responsible for identifying and recruiting new affiliates, developing strong relationships with existing partners, and optimizing program performance to drive high-quality trader acquisitions. This is a crucial role for expanding Tradeify's reach and attracting top trading talent to our platform.
You'll report directly to the Director of Marketing, and your primary stakeholder contacts will be the Director of Marketing and the CMO.

The Opportunity
- Affiliate Program Development: Strategize, build, and launch a comprehensive affiliate marketing program from the ground up, including commission structures, terms and conditions, and marketing assets.
- Affiliate Recruitment: Identify, recruit, and onboard high-quality affiliates, including financial influencers, trading educators, content creators, and relevant communities.
- Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with affiliates, providing ongoing support, communication, and performance feedback.
- Performance Optimization: Monitor and analyze affiliate performance data, identify trends, and implement strategies to optimize conversion rates and maximize ROI.
- Content & Campaign Collaboration: Work with the marketing team to develop compelling marketing materials, promotions, and campaigns tailored for affiliate partners.
- Compliance & Reporting: Ensure all affiliate activities adhere to relevant compliance guidelines and provide regular reports on program performance, key metrics, and insights.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends in affiliate marketing, competitor strategies, and the evolving needs of our target audience of traders.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Affiliate Manager/Account Executive or in a similar partnership development role, with a strong track record of building and growing successful affiliate programs.
- Demonstrable experience in recruiting and managing a diverse portfolio of affiliates.
- Strong understanding of affiliate marketing platforms, tracking technologies, and performance metrics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Highly analytical with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- A genuine interest in financial markets, trading, or fintech is highly desirable.

- Experience marketing to traders, financial professionals, or a highly specialized niche audience.
- Familiarity with the proprietary trading landscape.
- Experience with specific affiliate marketing software or networks relevant to the financial industry.
$100,000 - $200,000 a year
Base Salary: $100,000 per year
Bonus Potential: Up to $100,000/yr based on program performance and KPIs
