This role will be within the Dealertrack Canada team, the country’s leading automotive financing portal, processing over 6.5 million credit applications annually.
We are seeking exceptional analytical talent to join our team as Manager of Revenue Operations. This role will be a critical support to the VP of Revenue Operations, providing data-driven insights, operational excellence, and strategic thinking across a wide range of high-impact initiatives.

Responsibilities
•Develop sophisticated analyses and tools to drive improvement in sales performance, pipeline management, and revenue growth
•Design and implement sales operations processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
•Build robust reporting dashboards and KPI frameworks for visibility into revenue performance
•Support client account management strategy development and execution
•Support leadership on strategic and operational initiatives, including product launches
•Prepare executive and board-level presentations with compelling data narratives
•Identify opportunities for revenue optimization and provide actionable recommendations
•Work cross-functionally on solutions that enhance the customer journey and drive revenue
Qualifications
•3-6 years of professional experience with demonstrated analytical excellence
•Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities
•Advanced proficiency with data analysis tools and methodologies
•Experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or business analytics roles
•Outstanding communication skills; ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
•Strong project management skills with attention to detail
•Self-starter with ability to work independently and drive results
•Bachelor's degree required, advanced degree a plus
Preferred Experience
•Background at top-tier management consulting firm
•Experience in SaaS or technology companies
•Familiarity with CRM platforms and sales analytics tools
•Experience in developing executive-level content and presentations
Work Environment
