What you’ll do:
This role will be responsible for executing and leading the user experience (UX) for the Dealertrack Canada, a B2B financial SaaS platform connecting dealers to lenders. This role will design creative user-focused solutions and drive experience strategies while helping standardize product design and experience across the platform.
Key area of responsibilities are…
Produce prototypes and UI / UX designs for both lender and dealer solutions in our platform,
Ensure the monitoring and quality of the implementation.
Collaborate with the Product Managers, Product Owners, Developers and Product Marketing teams to put in place creative solutions driven by user needs and behaviors, in addition to being based on market trends and platform graphics standards.
Advocate for standardized user experience and work cross functionally to ensure you have a platform to contribute to team’s processes prior to experiences being defined.
Collaborate with Product Marketing to facilitate and conduct research and analysis with end-user and key stakeholders to validate user needs including Customer Surveys, Usability Tests and Competitive Analysis
Make data driven design decisions through understanding and interpreting metrics captured.
Research and monitor UI / UX products and market trends to improve the product.
· University Degree or equivalent work experience
· Expert knowledge of the UX tools of the trade (Figma, Adobe XD, User feedback platforms, GA)
· 5+ years' experience working within SaaS user experience, user research and UI design
· Experience working in Jira
· Experienced with agile UX including usability testing including remote, multivariate and A/B
platforms to guide design solutions
· Worked within a fast paced, agile, commercial online environment
· Creative vision and attention to detail.
