Responsibilities
We are currently seeking an Sr. FP&A and HR Analyst to join the People and Culture team. The HR Analyst will support the P&C team reporting matters, ensuring excellent service to our internal clients. Reporting to the Sr. Director, P&C the incumbent’s responsibilities include, but are not limited to.
·       Running recurring HR reports and performing strong validations to make sure accurate data is being provided. Reports includes the following:
·       Headcount and turnover report
·       Staff list and exit report, leave report, contract report
·       Statistics Canada and other government reports
·       Demographic reports
·       Employee survey report
·       Talent Acquisition & Talent Enablement reporting
·       Process Improvement
·       Running different analysis reports:
·       Compa-ratio analysis
·       Quality Analysis reports to ensure the data entry is properly done in the HR system (WFN)
The HR Analyst will be expected to extract and provide insights regarding TRADER’s people data. Make recommendations to the P&C leadership team on programs, action plans and strategies to ensure high performing teams and a high performing corporate culture.
 
The HR Analyst will also have an overarching view of all TRADER people systems and make process improvements to current internal P&C processes and develop deeper processes to ensure efficiencies and high engagement.
 
Qualifications/Skills

·       5 years of experience working with HR systems.
·       Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, mathematics or in any other relevant area
·       Advanced skills in MS Office tools, with an expert level in Access and Excel including the ability to build macros
·       Capable and comfortable operating independently with minimal supervision, able to work through new tasks
·       Excellent analytical skills
·       Strong attention to detail with accuracy
·       Ability to work in teams and collaborate virtually
·       Proven success in multi-tasking, prioritizing between competing priorities and adapting to change
·       Strong ability to adapt and learn new skills, technologies and approaches
·       Proven organizational skills with an ability to balance competing priorities
·       Ability to manage highly confidential information
·       Ability to influence stakeholders and maintain strong relationships across the business.
·       Sense of initiative, autonomy and attention to detail
·       Good organizational skills and ability to work simultaneously on several projects
