The Sales Manager, ICO Acquisition is responsible for leading the Private Inventory Pipeline - Acquisition sales team to meet and exceed all assigned targets. Focus must be placed on managing pipeline of new business, developing information presentations, and leading virtual and in-store dealership meetings to drive revenue growth using consultative selling approach along with high levels of customer service. This is achieved through ongoing and frequent coaching and development of all team members.

 Revenue Growth

        Execute on program strategies and initiatives to support the achievement of all assigned team targets through profitable and sustainable revenue growth.
        Meet or exceed the team assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue sales goals.
        Participate in regular revenue meetings with the sales organization.
Coaching & Development

        Conduct regular coaching of team members to support achievement of all revenue targets and ensure Trader Value Proposition and way of selling are effectively communicated to customers. Use the coaching sessions to identify opportunities for improvement and action through individualized development plans.

        Clearly communicate and monitor workflow expectations to team members to facilitate the timely and accurate reporting of all assigned revenues. This is accomplished through the optimization of all resources
Customer Focus

        Work closely with the Business Intelligent and marketing team to coordinate the delivery of information/data that supports the product value proposition.
        Continuously work to enhance the customer experience by uncovering market needs and identifying opportunities for product improvements.

        Lead by example and create an environment within the team that rewards and recognizes the demonstration of core Trader Corporation values in day-to-day operation of the business.
Job Requirements:
        Degree in Marketing, Commerce or Business Administration (A).
        5-7 years experience in a Sales Management position with a history of leading high performing Sales Teams (R).
        Experienced with Software sales or automotive sales (P).
        A background in advertising and media (P)
