Position Overview:
 
AutoTrader.ca is seeking an experienced and dynamic Product Manager to join our team in Toronto. As the Product Manager for CRM (Customer Relationship Management), with expertise in SFMC (Salesforce Marketing Cloud), you will play a crucial role in overseeing the end-to-end delivery of CRM-related products and features. This role requires a blend of project management, stakeholder collaboration, and technical understanding, specifically within the SFMC, to ensure the successful development and implementation of CRM solutions.
 
Responsibilities:
 
1. Product Delivery Leadership:
   - Lead the end-to-end delivery of CRM products, integrating SFMC, from concept to launch, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
   - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, design, and quality assurance, to define project scope, requirements, and timelines.
 
2. Stakeholder Management:
   - Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, set expectations, and ensure alignment on project goals.
   - Communicate regularly with key stakeholders, providing updates on project progress, addressing concerns, and seeking feedback.
 
3. Project Planning and Execution:
   - Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining tasks, timelines, and resource requirements, with a focus on SFMC integration.
   - Manage project execution, identifying and mitigating risks, and resolving issues to ensure successful product delivery.
 
4. Quality Assurance:
   - Collaborate with quality assurance teams to define testing criteria within SFMC and ensure the delivery of high-quality CRM products.
   - Conduct post-implementation reviews to gather feedback and identify opportunities for improvement.
 
5. Continuous Improvement:
   - Drive process improvements within the product delivery lifecycle, identifying areas for optimization and efficiency, particularly in SFMC.
   - Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies within CRM, with a focus on SFMC, to bring innovative solutions to the CRM product suite.
 
Qualifications:
 
- Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in project or product management, with a focus on CRM solutions and SFMC expertise.
- Strong understanding of CRM concepts, technologies, and best practices, particularly within SFMC.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools.
- Knowledge of the automotive industry is a plus.
