The Contracts/Procurement Analyst will be responsible for providing support to the Procurement and Contracts organization and its team members. To ensure smooth implementation of a contracts repository tool, be responsible for the contract data gathering, support the baseline assessments of potential key projects along with departmental operations as required.

This person will assist the Procurement and Contracts team with related tasks and be responsible for: 
·      Reviewing contracts and capturing key terms and conditions 
·      Assisting in the implementation of a contracts management tool 
·      working with stakeholders to identify key contracts within the organization 
·      Coordinate the drafting, review, and execution of contracts 
·      Track contract expiration dates and notify stakeholders in advance of renewals or terminations 
·      Collaborate with internal departments and external parties to resolve issues related to contract terms and conditions 
·      Maintain accurate records and documentation related to contracts and related correspondence 
·      Assist in the development and implementation of contract management policies and procedures 
·      Proactively identify areas for improvement within the contract management process and recommend solutions 
·      Other tasks required to support the day to day operations of the Procurement and Contracts team 
·      Helping to support the gathering of data and requirements for key projects and performing baseline analysis 

This role will also be responsible for tasks within the Procurement and Contract team, including, but not limited to:  
·      supporting the procurement transformation within the company 
·      reviewing and capturing key contract terms and conditions required for the implementation of a contracts management tool 
·      supporting the building of an internal SharePoint site for procurement templates, and resources 
·      coordinating required team meetings 
·      building and maintaining the contracts summary 
·      reviewing operating practices and implementing improvements 
·      researching tools and techniques to increase procurement and contract efficiency 

The Contracts coordinator reports directly to the Director, Procurement and Contracts and will work closely with other cross-functional teams and departments. 

Key Areas of Responsibility 
1. Reviewing and capturing key contract terms and conditions 
2. Working with stakeholders to identify and obtain copies of the contracts 
3. Supporting the contracts management tool implementation
4. Helping to support the gathering and analysis of data for key projects
5. Other team tasks
 
Job Requirements 
Education, Experience and Technical skills
·       Bachelor's degree in business administration, law or related field preferred 
·       1 to 3 years of experience in contracts coordinator or procurement administration or a similar role
·       Experience working in a digital environment
·       Proficient with MS Office, Excel, Contracts Management Tools
·       Required Soft Skills and Competencies
·       Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
·       Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
·       Proficiency in Microsoft Office and contract management software
·       Familiarity with legal terminology and contract law
·       Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
·       Ability to work with and engage multiple stakeholders
