As a Trail Appliance Delivery Assistant, you are an integral part of the journey in providing the best customer service from the point of sale to our customers’ homes. Trail Appliances Delivery Assistants are the best in the industry, and our customer satisfaction record shows! Happy customers equals happy days for our staff who work to deliver our unique range of products.
This is a full time position: 40 hrs. a week
Days of work: Tuesday to Saturday
Compensation: $20.64 per hour + $1.19 per hour Clean delivery premium
What you will be doing:
- Greet and explain the delivery process to each of our customers in a professional manner.
- Safely handle and install our unique range of products into our customers’ homes. This is heavy work, but hey, you essentially get paid to work out!
- Work daily with a trained delivery partner (Who knows, could be the start of a new friendship.)
- Complete the required paperwork for each delivery (and we will even provide the pen!).
What you bring:
- Must be available to work weekends (lighter traffic on these days – you’re welcome).
- A willingness to learn some new skills and product handling techniques (We will teach you how to install a washer and dryer – impress your friends and family).
- Physical ability to consistently lift and move large and heavy items (Again, throw your gym membership away – you’ll be lifting refrigerators in no time).
- Great people skills and an ability to wow our customers.
- A strong appreciation for personal safety and that of others.
- Ability to lift over 100 pounds
