As an Account Manager, Designer Sales, you will:

- Generate new business by actively developing leads and conducting research on target clients.
- Establish yourself as a trusted advisor to design professionals, building strong relationships and fostering client loyalty.
- Foster strong relationships and drive business growth within our target audience of design professionals by consulting with designers, builders, and homeowners. Provide expert guidance on our products and deliver exceptional customer service to ensure they are aligned with the most relevant and desired appliance solutions for their specific needs.
- Be a master relationship builder with a proven record of communicating a company’s value proposition and delivering best in class service to secure new and repeat business. 
- Proactively pursue, prospect, and maintain relationships with new customers and existing clients by providing personalized customer service that will generate sales and exceed expectations.
- Resolve customer feedback and address emergent issues, including customer escalations and urgent requests, helping to “make it right” for customers.
- Achieve and pursue monthly and annual sales and revenue targets for your assigned territory and customer base ensuring the highest level of customer service.
- Devote much of your time on the road within the territory working with interior designers and homeowners directly. On occasion, meet customers in-store to demonstrate product and determine which products are best suited to meet the needs of the project. 
- Manage full cycle customer relationships, including prospecting, contracting, payment, delivery, and post-delivery follow up, generating residual and repeat business.
- Actively represent and promote our company by hosting and attending targeted associations and client-specific events.
- Support events to ensure a best-in-class experience and maximize the achievement of event KPIs and objectives.
- Work as a team player and partner with fellow colleagues, foster open and constructive communication, to ensure a consistent exceptional experience and contribute to a positive working environment.
- Participate in ongoing professional development keeping up to date with Trail systems and operations, marketplace information, products, pricing, and trends. 
- Serve and represent as a proud Trail Appliances ambassador using our mission and values as your foundation for success.

Eligibility
·        3 to 5 years sales experience in a B2B or key account management
·        Experience in managing accounts with a sales cycle of 3-12 months
·        Must have the ability to travel the assigned territory or to learning opportunities
·        Must be legally authorized to work in the country in which the store is located
 
Bonus Points if…
·        Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
·        Experience in the building or renovation industry
·        Second language: Mandarin, Cantonese, Punjabi, and Hindi
·        Passion for or an interest in “lifestyle” (food, wine, cooking, fashion, coffee, home design, and/or construction)
- Experience working architect and design community

    • This is a commission plus bonus opportunity,  To set you up for success during your first year:
    • First 12 months: guaranteed training salary of $75,000.  During this time, you also can earn in-house and manufacturer incentives.  
    • After 12 months, your compensation will be changed to the standard Account Manager, Designer Relations long-term compensation package.
