Trail Appliances, a dynamic, family-owned business, is on the search for a Vice President, Distribution and Logistics to join our senior leadership team. Reporting directly to both the CEO and President, you’ll be at the heart of our strategic execution — leading with purpose, driving operational excellence, and building a high-performance culture.

As the Vice President, Distribution and Logistics, you will

    • Lead key operational departments: Delivery Excellence, Warehouse Operations, and Service Operations.
    • Champion and execute our strategic growth plan.
    • Drive efficiency, innovation, and excellence across all operations.
    • Build and mentor a high-performing team that shares your passion for service and results.
    • Create and refine policies that elevate performance and customer satisfaction.
    • Keep our customer-first mindset at the core of every decision.

To be successful in this role, you bring

    • Senior-level operations experience in a medium to large-sized company.
    • Expertise in managing multi-departmental teams and complex logistics.
