Parts specialists oversee parts departments at Trail Appliances shop. By ordering parts to various suppliers, they ensure employers have an adequate supply of equipment and parts. They monitor inventory, work with vendors to get correct parts, and help customers and internal technicians find necessary materials. 


What you will be doing:

    • Ensure accurate paperwork and assist team members as needed.
    • Maintain detailed records of all transactions, communications, and interactions.
    • Assess requests via tickets from multiple sites and communicate effectively with customers.
    • Provide estimates or updates on customer requests through calls and emails.
    • Navigate manufacturer websites to identify appliance parts.
    • Process parts orders and place them with suppliers. 
    • Work with various programs (e.g., parts manager, service manager, Syspro) to set up service or ship parts to sites.
    • Follow up with suppliers and manufacturers.
    • Arrange couriers for part deliveries.
    • Track inventory levels and reorder parts as necessary.
    • Inspect received parts for quality and accuracy.
    • Analyze data and reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
    • Train new team members on data entry procedures and company policies.
    • Provide support as needed in receiving, scheduling services, and processing service work.
    • Foster and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.
    • Perform cleaning duties to maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Schedule:

    • Full time (Monday-Friday) with flexibility to assist on Saturday, if needed
    • Shift time :8:30 am - 5 pm
$21 - $22 an hour
