Compensation: $22.19 per hour
Schedule : Full-time Permanent 40 hour per week
Monday to Friday (with flexibility to work on Saturdays, when needed)
8:00 am to 4:30 pm
What you will be doing:
- Create work orders for incoming damaged products needing repair.
- Update work orders with parts and labor status for warranty claims.
- Check parts ordered from the prior day.
- Post payments from manufacturers and customers.
- Assist customers via the DA hotline, providing allowances to keep the appliance.
- Calculate technician metrics and KPIs.
- Book in-house technicians for repairs.
- Create and adjust schedules for technicians.
- Adjust schedules in Service Manager.
- Submit mileage requests for payment to manager.
- Submit claims for parking and reimbursements for technicians.
- Work on weekly and monthly reports to identify trends and patterns, assisting supervisors with reporting on parts trends and returns.
- Order office supplies as required.
- Maintain a clutter-free environment.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
What you bring:
- Minimum 6 months to 1 year administration experience is considered an asset.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent computer skills, including working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Confident, helpful, and customer-oriented phone presence is required.
- Good judgment and decision-making skills, using data and an understanding of business objectives.
