Compensation: $22.19 per hour
Schedule : Full-time Permanent 40 hour per week
Monday to Friday (with flexibility to work on Saturdays, when needed)
8:00 am to 4:30 pm

What you will be doing:

    • Create work orders for incoming damaged products needing repair.
    • Update work orders with parts and labor status for warranty claims.
    • Check parts ordered from the prior day.
    • Post payments from manufacturers and customers.
    • Assist customers via the DA hotline, providing allowances to keep the appliance.
    • Calculate technician metrics and KPIs.
    • Book in-house technicians for repairs.
    • Create and adjust schedules for technicians.
    • Adjust schedules in Service Manager.
    • Submit mileage requests for payment to manager.
    • Submit claims for parking and reimbursements for technicians.
    • Work on weekly and monthly reports to identify trends and patterns, assisting supervisors with reporting on parts trends and returns.
    • Order office supplies as required.
    • Maintain a clutter-free environment.
    • Perform all other duties as assigned.

What you bring:

    • Minimum 6 months to 1 year administration experience is considered an asset.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
    • Excellent computer skills, including working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
    • Confident, helpful, and customer-oriented phone presence is required.
    • Good judgment and decision-making skills, using data and an understanding of business objectives.
