As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for:
 
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and potential customers
- Prepare quote packets for competitive bidding
- Search and identify leads for new business opportunities
- Responsible for sales related commercial communications between Tokai Rika and Toyota
- Work to resolve all sales related, commercial and financial discrepancies
- Coordinate negotiating for piece price, tooling, obsolescence, design changes, etc
- Build multi-level relationships within Toyotas organization
- Maintain high level of customer satisfaction
- Work to improve profits and reduce cost or loss
- Negotiate cost internally to meet Customer price targets
- Monitor & report on Customer & commodity annual profitability targets
- Provide departmental support by mentoring Account Representative I, Document processing & completing special projects as assigned by Manager
