Reporting to Transfr’s Associate General Counsel, the Contracts Manager will have experience in contracts management and legal project management, including contract lifecycle management, negotiating and editing standard contracts with prospective customers, current customers, and vendors. Your main KPIs will involve timeliness and quality of legal reviews, contract lifecycle management and satisfaction with your work product by fellow employees.

As a Contracts Manager, you will interact with stakeholders across the business and work closely with the Senior Contracts Manager.

Responsibilities:

    • Review, edit and prepare a variety of commercial agreements including NDAs, Vendor agreements, MSAs and Consulting agreements in line with Company standards. 
    •  Managing Legal tickets through workflows - pushing tickets along; speaking with submitters as needed to ensure ticket details are correctly filled in
    • Monitoring requests in the asklegal slack channel
    • Managing completion of customer forms (forms provided by customers often require cross-organization collaboration to complete; and also for pursuing relevant employees as needed to ensure timely completion of each document).
    •  Acting as CLM admin

Qualifications:

    • Minimum of 3 years of experience supporting commercial deals 
    • Demonstrate exceptional time management and organizational skills to efficiently prioritize and manage multiple contract reviews and negotiations simultaneously.
    • Prior experience utilizing Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) tools such as SpringCM or Ironclad to streamline contract workflows, track versions, and ensure compliance with contract timelines.
    • Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Suite.
    • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
    • Proficient in using productivity and collaboration tools such as Slack, Salesforce, and DocuSign e-signature service.
What We Offer:

The base salary range for this position is expected to be between $80,000 and $90,000, with the actual base salary amount dependent on a number of factors, including but not limited to a candidate’s credentials, relevant experience, and primary job location. In addition to salary this role may be eligible additional company benefits such as stock options, 401(k), paid vacation and sick time, and medical/dental/vision insurance.
