Summary: This Contract Researcher will work with the team on Data Collection, data analysis and reporting. This is an exciting time! Demand for VR skills-based training has never been higher. Responsibilities:

    • Data Collection:
    • Conduct one-on-one interviews with approved participants in target markets.
    • Ask open-ended questions based on the provided interview guide.
    • Ensure a comfortable and engaging interview environment.
    • Data Analysis:
    • Record interview responses accurately.
    • Analyze qualitative data to identify patterns, themes, and insights.
    • Collaborate with the research team to synthesize findings.
    • Reporting:
    • Prepare clear and concise reports summarizing research findings.
    • Present insights to the research team.

Qualifications:

    • Education and Experience:
    • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., psychology, anthropology, sociology, market research).
    • 1-2 years of related experience, including roles such as internship, research assistant, or administrative assistant.
    • Qualitative Research Skills:
    • Proficiency in conducting qualitative interviews.
    • Ability to ask open-ended questions and explore participants’ experiences, needs, and preferences.
    • Strong communication skills to facilitate engaging interviews.
    • Experience recording interview responses accurately.
    • Familiarity with qualitative data analysis techniques to identify patterns and themes.
    • Reporting and translating data into insights and actionable recommendations
    • Project portfolio with a proven track record of successfully conducting, completing, and reporting on similar projects.
What We Offer:

The hourly rate for this position is expected to be between$30-$35/hour for 80 hours of total project hours.
