Programming Physicist

Task
We are looking for a programming physicist to contribute building the digital modeling of our innovative nuclear waste burning system. As such, you are part of the company's software unit reporting to the chief architect, take a significant responsibility in the verification and validation of Transmutex’s simulation code, calculate and optimize various configurations of our system and develop and simulate multiple scenarios for different fuel loads, fuel cycles, and core configurations.
 
Requirements
a.      Advanced degree in physics, engineering, computer science, or equivalent; 
b.      Good knowledge of C++. Knowledge of other programming languages will be an advantage. 
c.      Experience in using computational physics-related code in a Linux environment, such as MCNP, FLUKA, or ERANOS.
d.      Experience with various coding tools such as debuggers, IDEs, documentation, and performance tools; 
e.      Working knowledge of make, CMake, and git
