The Warehouse Supervisor responsibilities include but are not limited to: coordinating and leading a team to achieve daily warehouse objectives through applied process in receiving, stocking, pulling, packing, assembling, sorting and shipping.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Work closely with the Inventory Control and Purchasing Manager to develop, communicate, monitor and enforce effective parts department processes to ensure accurate inventory levels.
    • Actively work with and coach warehouse team members to continuously improve operations of receiving, stocking, pulling, packing, assembling, sorting and shipping activities.
    • Work closely with the Inventory Control and Purchasing Manager to ensure procedures, rules, and regulations are followed.
    • Actively manage internal kit pull activities to ensure materials are available for the production teams.
    • Maintain a safe, organized, and clean warehouse using the 5S process.
    • Actively manage and assist with cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
    • Assist the Inventory Control and Purchasing Manager with various reports and data collection where required.
    • Perform other duties as assigned by the Inventory Control and Purchasing Manager.

WORK ENVIRONMENT & PHYSICAL ABILITIES:

    • Activities require a full range of body motion including handling and lifting, manual and finger dexterity and eye-hand coordination.
    • The position may require standing, balancing, bending or stooping for prolonged periods of time.
    • Occasionally lifts and carries items weighing up to 80 pounds.
    • The position requires corrected vision and hearing within normal range.
    • Requires the ability to work under high pressure and competing priorities.

REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:

    • High school diploma or equivalent.
    • Valid Driver's License and MVR in good standing.
    • Demonstrate exceptional leadership skills.
    • Understand the importance of efficiency in all daily activities.
    • Have a sense of urgency and have the ability to instill that in others.
    • Understand the importance of deadlines.
    • Have a strong understanding of inventory workflow.
    • Multitask and prioritize.
    • Be self-motivated.

    • Ability to successfully complete a General Abilities Assessment and pass post-offer background check, physical and drug screening.
