Who YOU are:
As Field Quality Manager, you will be responsible for managing the overall operations within an assigned region, to include, overseeing the Area Supervisors and Butlers. You will be the driving force in operational excellence and customer satisfaction throughout your assigned apartment communities. As the Field Quality Manager, you will directly with our Area Supervisors and our frontline employees. You will successfully manage your time between recruiting, hiring, interviewing, training, payroll, conducting client visits, and overseeing of the remote workforce who supervises and services our communities.
Your primary function in this role will be to ensure that nightly trash pick-up is completed by your team per schedule to 100% satisfaction of our Clients! As we grow and bring on new communities, the Field Quality Manager will also coordinate with the field team to ensure a successful rollout and service launch.
BENEFITS OF THE ROLE:
• Incentive Program: 10% annually based on base salary divided into 4 quarters
• Competitive Wage; annual salary of $55,000

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Responsible for District P&L
• Responsible for submitting semi-monthly payroll
• Responsible for participating in the identifying, selection, hiring, onboarding and training of Area Supervisors and Butlers for assigned region, and assist in other regions in territory under the TOM’s guidance
• Responsible for ensuring communities are fully staffed
• Responsible for the execution of nightly service and providing on call support to the field team
• Responsible for the onboarding and training of all new area supervisors in all regions
• Responsible for continuing education for all team members
• Responsible for conduct on-site quality reviews of team to ensure expectations are met
• Responsible for monitoring and analyzing service levels and trends to identify areas of opportunity
• Responsible for meeting with the property management team regularly to build relationships and ensure expectations are consistently being met
• Responsible for hosting and attending resident events at communities
• Responsible for onboarding new communities
• Responsible for attending weekly meetings with management, HR, recruiting, etc.
• Responsible for ensuring all SOPs are being followed by all team members
• Responsible for responding to customer service calls during the evening hours
• Manage workforce inventory/supplies, including Butler Uniform, Tote Bags, Etc.
• Other duties as assigned
REQUIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
• Associates Degree preferred or workforce experience
• Minimum of 2-5 years management experience
• Experience managing a remote workforce of up to 50 who work 5-7 days a week: roughly 2-3 hours per day
• Employee relations experience as it relates to hiring and management
• Experience in multi-site operations
• Experience providing customer service
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong planning, time management and organizational skills
• Strong work ethic and quality improvement orientation
• Strong interpersonal skills: ability to build trust and rapport and effectively communicate with co-workers, employees and customers
• Self-motivated and resourceful

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds

• Must have a valid driver’s license and auto insurance with good driving record
• Must be comfortable working in an outdoor setting and walking the distance of a property
• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs, bend at waist/knees and lift bag over shoulder, climb up/down stairs, drive for periods of time
• Flexibility to be on call during daytime and evening hours and adapt to changing priorities
• Flexibility to periodically travel out of state as needed

Compensation: $55K salary plus bonus opportunity
