About the role
Treering is seeking a Project Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives that drive operational excellence and product delivery across the company. In this role, you’ll work with teams across Engineering, Product, Customer Success, and Marketing to align efforts, streamline workflows, and ensure timely execution of key projects. What you’ll do
- Lead end-to-end project management for internal initiatives and client-facing implementations, serving as a point of coordination between cross-functional teams and external stakeholders
- Serve as a liaison between Treering and client teams, ensuring seamless communication and delivery
- Define project scope, goals, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with clients and internal stakeholders
- Lead kick-off meetings, weekly status updates, and post-project debriefs with both internal and external teams
- Proactively identify risks, track progress, and resolve issues to keep projects on time and within budget
- Drive change management initiatives by aligning project goals with organizational priorities and ensuring smooth adoption of new processes and technologies
- Drive projects forward by anticipating needs, facilitating conversations across teams, and stepping in with foundational knowledge when the need arises
- Build scalable processes and tools that improve client onboarding and overall project management efficiency
What you bring
- 6-8 years of hands-on project management experience, ideally leading cross-functional initiatives in tech or SaaS companies
- Strong track record of managing cross-functional teams and delivering complex projects
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects at once
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Monday.com, etc.)
- Experience working with remote or distributed teams
- Ability to handle quick deadlines, identify and remove blockers, and ensure flawless execution
- PMP, Scrum Master, or similar certification is a plus

$115,000 - $130,000 a year
Salary range for this position is $115,000 – $130,000 annually, based on experience and location
