If you want to feel the heartbeat of Trendyol, you’re in the right place! The Operations Team manages end-to-end operation activities and development processes in the competitive marketplace. There are eight main disciplines within The Operations Team: Operations, International Operations, Delivery, Supply Chain, Operations Business Development, Operational Excellence, Business Intelligence and Warehouse Projects & Optimization. 

We are all working with the same purpose: To create a positive impact in our ecosystem by enabling commerce through technology.


    • Building and running a start-up business operation from scratch,
    • Manage cargo partners relations and follow up their performance as a partner management scope,
    • Follow KPI's and perform corrective activities in case of needs,
    • Create effective solutions to operational problems,
    • Follow last mile and customs operations,
    • Create cost optimization project for B2C shipments,
    • Alternative transport mode selection, carrier selection,
    • Create new alternative solution to give best delivery experience to customer


    • Bachelor’s degree from reputable universities (engineering, business administration, economy, etc.).
    • Masters degree is a plus,
    • Minimum 3 years of experience in service sectors e.g. e-commerce, logistics ,E-commerce, cross-border logistics experience, air cargo transportation, and project management know-how are a must.
    • Experience in related operations such as e-fulfillment, cross-dock, cargo/distribution, etc. is a plus.
    • Customer and solution-oriented,
    • Good at with MS Office programs,
    • Fluency in English, Having an analytical mindset, customer and result-oriented approach
