YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Comprehensively understanding and analyzing business & operation processes to identify areas for development, and designing new solutions accordingly.
- Being responsible and serving as the key point of contact for the design and end-to-end coordination of new facility opening processes.
- In-depth understanding of the operations to create a digital twin via simulation programs such as Arena, Simio, Flexsims.
- Bringing new insights into way of doing business, by brainstorming activities based on numerical analysis and reports.
- Being naturally curious and proactive in asking (and answering) 'impossible' questions, and having a keen eye for identifying and solving problems.
- Developing and monitoring key performance metrics in executing plans to improve business processes and functions.
QUALITIES WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- University degree (BSc or MSc) in Industrial Engineering or related engineering background.
- Excellent at Office programs(MS, GDrive), SQL. (AutoCAD is a big plus.)
- Knowledge of simulation tools such as Arena, FlexSim, Simul8, or Simio for analyzing and simulating business and operations.,
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in service sectors is required. Experience in e-commerce and logistics is highly desirable.
- Being a master communicator who can build relationships with a diverse set of stakeholders - numbers are key, but business is built with people.
- Passionate about collaborating with various departments including tech, finance, HR, and customer experience, with a customer and result-oriented approach to work.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

We offer the opportunity for a two-month full remote work program, allowing you to work from abroad, during the summer period (July to August).
