About The Team

Category Management Team plans and executes the sales and campaign strategy and manages the overall P&L of our sales. Team does not only lead our sales efforts but also takes an important role in the quality and engagement processes ensuring long-term and sustainable growth for our sellers with a laser focus on customer experience.

Operations Team manages end-to-end processes from the moment customers place their order till they receive it at their doorstep or our newly launched Pick Up points! There are five main disciplines within the Operations Team: (1) Warehouse Management (2) Delivery operations (3) Supply Chain (4) Operational Excellence and (5) Warehouse Projects & Optimization.

Trendyol Express (TEX) Team is our new generation, customer-oriented delivery platform. We use the latest technology and a sea of data with a flexible delivery operation infrastructure to provide a superior delivery experience to our customers and sellers.

Marketplace (MP) Team leads the seller recruitment and engagement processes and development of seller tools, which enables hundreds of thousands of sellers to serve millions of Trendyol customers while scaling their businesses significantly. We continuously improve our tools, features and processes to better enable our sellers more and shape the future of ecommerce.

Local Commerce- Trendyol Go Team: is the local commerce arm of the Trendyol Group, works to meet all the daily needs of our users and brings local merchants, couriers and Trendyol users together. We make seamless connections in real time, and we are able to extend our offerings to include food and fresh groceries thanks to our on-demand solution. We are delighted to strengthen local commerce with Trendyol's operational excellence by introducing marketplace solutions backed by our last mile delivery network.

The Corporate Affairs Team at Trendyol drives impactful engagement through three key functions: Corporate Affairs, Corporate Development, and Corporate Communications. We build strong relationships with government stakeholders, advocate commerce-friendly regulations, and amplify our influence on the industry alliances. Our Corporate Communications efforts enhance brand perception through effective media management . Additionally, the Corporate Development team focuses on strategic partnerships and business restructuring.

The Finance Team is Trendyol's control center. The team acts as a bridge between commercial teams and customers in order to provide financial sustainability and efficiency for the company.

Private Label Team: In 2011, we launched our own collection with the mission to offer the trendiest fast fashion products at affordable prices. The Trendyol Private Label Team combines fashion with technology in every process across the board from Design to Production and Supply Chain, working closely with our partners to deliver the same goal: Offering our customers the perfect fashion shopping experience!

The Growth Team leverages the power of innovative marketing strategies to connect people to a wide range of online categories. Through data analysis and timely communication, we make informed decisions in the competitive marketplace, driving exceptional experiences for our customers and sellers. With a proven track record of maximizing results, we continuously strive to create a positive impact in our ecosystem, enabling commerce through technology.

Human Resources Team is the strategic partner of the businesses at Trendyol and works closely with them. The team drives data-driven processes, improves our current way of working, and builds an agile organization to provide the best environment for our teams while advancing our values.

Qualifications We Are Looking For

    • Available to work at least 3 days a week starting in July till December 2024
    • Senior students (3rd or 4th year )
    • Advanced level of English
    • Good team player with strong learning agility, result orientation, and data literacy
    • Ability to navigate and implement ideas
    • Demonstrated ability to be self-motivated
