ABOUT THE TEAM
Customer-oriented, new generation delivery platform Trendyol Express functions to make a difference by combining the latest technology with a flexible delivery operation infrastructure. YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Understanding operational requirements, cooperation with other teams to provide solutions and improvement plans according to business needs
    • Generating quantitative, ad-hoc analytics and qualitative insights on how to improve the business and identify opportunities for business growth and efficiency
    • End-to-end follow up of the projects with documentation and prioritizing according to impact
    • As a part of operational excellence team, running time studies, implementation of standards, following system developments, creating new solutions ( technologicial / re design enhancment) , implementation of process changes / improvements and running on-site optimization assesment studies
    • Bringing new insights into way of doing business, by brainstorming activities based on numerical analysis and reports.

QUALITIES WE'RE LOOKING FOR

    • University degree (BSc or MSc) in Industrial Engineering or related engineering background,
    • At least 2-3 years of experience in service industry e.g. e-commerce, logistics and supply chain, operations (E-commerce logistics experience is a plus)
    • Excellent level of written and spoken EnglishExcellent in Office programs (MS, G-Drive), (SQL is a plus)
    • Analitical skill, design thinking
    • Being a master communicator who can build relationships with a diverse set of stakeholders - numbers are key, but business is built with peopleAble to work with cross functional departments e.g. tech, finance,HR, customer experience
    • Customer and result-oriented approach
    • Knowledge on Lean principles and 6 Sigma methodology, time studies, process improvement and Kaizen philosophy
    • This position includes specialist and senior specialist roles

We embrace a hybrid working model that seamlessly blends the best of both worlds—remote productivity and the collaborative energy of our vibrant offices. Every month, we gather at our offices once to work side by side, fostering in person communication and embracing the camaraderie that fuels our team spirit. Each division has a pre-set optional office day each week. Based on our preferences, we come together at our offices at our discretion as an opportunity to feel more team spirit, immerse in our culture, and familiarize ourselves with our way of workings.

We offer the opportunity for a two-month full remote work program, allowing you to work from abroad, during the summer period (July to August).
