WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

    • Bachelor's or Master’s Degree from a reputable university preferably in Engineering, Management, Economics and other related departments
    • 4 - 6 years of experience, preferably in an international setting
    • Solid expertise on offline event management, end to end from planning to execution on the field 
    • Solid expertise on partnership management, from exploring the potential partners to building win-win collaborative projects / campaigns 
    • Data-driven and result-oriented
    • Having strong communication skills and seeking pursuit of creativity
    • Ability to multi-task, prioritize tasks and coordinate different parties of the projects
    • Ability to deliver fast, business-focused output of excellent quality
    • A great initiative taker, ability to initiate projects through ideas that have high business contribution
    • Analytical thinker, result-oriented, high achiever, strategic thinker, good team player, high sense of responsibility, proactive and a practical thinker
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic
    • No restriction for travelling

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Responsible for a diverse set of tasks that can be possibly related with brand marketing, content creation and communication efforts within GULF Region
    • Working closely with all relevant marketing teams (incl. media, digital, influencer, CRM, creative, PR) to ensure the consistency of the brand message across channels
    • Contributing and executing annual marketing calendar and brand strategy for defined markets and categories
    • Analyzing competitors and the industry best practices on various brand marketing efforts
    • Offline event 360 management with internal & local stakeholders (Pop up stores, celebrity events etc.)
    • Exploring, as well as executing locally relevant brand partnerships & sponsorship opportunities
    • Collaborating with payment partners, hand in hand execution with relevant internal teams

We embrace a hybrid working model that seamlessly blends the best of both worlds—remote productivity and the collaborative energy of our vibrant offices. Every month, we gather at our offices once to work side by side, fostering in person communication and embracing the camaraderie that fuels our team spirit. Each division has a pre-set optional office day each week. Based on our preferences, we come together at our offices at our discretion as an opportunity to feel more team spirit, immerse in our culture, and familiarize ourselves with our way of workings.

We offer the opportunity for a two-month full remote work program, allowing you to work from abroad, during the summer period (July to August).

This working model applies to our hybrid job postings; on-site roles require being based in an office work environment.
