About the Role
This role is responsible for shaping the future of HR by translating business strategy into impactful performance, talent, and experience frameworks, while reimagining core processes to drive speed, scalability, and value. It leads the delivery of prioritized process improvements with unwavering focus, partners closely with HRIS to define technical requirements and ensure effective implementation, and drives change management efforts from securing stakeholder alignment to delivering training.

What We're Looking for

    • Translating business strategy into performance, talent, and experience frameworks,
    • Reimagining HR processes to unlock speed, scale, and value,
    • Managing a prioritized process improvement backlog with ruthless focus,
    • Partnering with HRIS to define technical needs and support testing,
    • Leading change management — from stakeholder buy-in to training rollout,
    • Driving large-scale HR initiatives as a hands-on program manager,
    • You thrive in complexity, move fast with clarity, and know that bold design is the future of HR.

Qualifications

    • 5–10 years of experience in performance management, talent management, career management, employee experience design, and organizational development,
    • Strong communication skills with the ability to build effective relationships across stakeholders,
    • Results‑oriented, with the agility to adapt quickly to changing priorities,
    • Analytical mindset and a systematic approach to process improvement,
    • Strong presentation and documentation abilities,
    • Team‑oriented, with the ability to lead and govern when required.
