About The Role
As a Claim Management Professional, you will oversee shipment claims across TR, EU, and Gulf regions — ensuring timely resolution, accurate documentation, and smooth coordination with internal teams and cargo partners to drive continuous process improvement.
Responsibilities
- Track and follow up on claims related to lost/damaged and late delivered shipments from TR-EU-Gulf region warehouses and micro from TR
- Coordinate with cargo partners and internal teams for timely claim resolution,
- Manage claim-related documentation and ensure accurate reporting,
- Drive claim process improvements and support new region implementations,
- Maintain organized records and provide regular status updates on claims.
Expected Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in logistics operations,
- Team-oriented mindset: A positive, inclusive and collaborative approach, with the ability to navigate ambiguity in cross-functional work.
- Data-driven decision-making: Proactive and curious, with a passion for exploring detail and using data to drive clarity and decision-making.
- Ownership mentality: Comfortable working from scratch and adapting quickly to change.
- Proficiency in Excel; experience with cost analysis or working with data is a plus,
- Strong end-to-end follow-up and tracking skills,
- Strong command of English (both written and spoken) is required for daily communication and reporting.
