Your Role:
Trevco is looking for a talented Technical & Facilities Manager who is interested in leading, managing, training, organizing and delegating priorities of technicians and janitorial staff. At Trevco, We Crave Untapped Potential, you will immediately begin contributing meaningful value to the team.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead, Manage, train, and accountability
Organize and Delegate priorities of technicians and janitorial staff
Provide continuous improvement training opportunities for the technicians
Facilitate annual review cycle for the technicians and janitorial staff
Manage Facilities maintenance and building upkeep
Maintain facilities cleanliness initiatives and staff in accordance with our standards
Coordinate with external vendors to ensure all equipment is operational
Manage equipment maintenance, PM schedule, and overall uptime
Cost and budgeting for machine maintenance and spare parts
Create a tool budget and storage program
Parts ordering and storage
Works with R&D Manager on projects related to new products and new equipment
Responsible for all equipment weekly, monthly, and annual preventative maintenance
Supports safety program to ensure OSHA standards are met
Negotiate contracts with external vendors including but not limited to lawn and snow removal
Ensure building security protocols are in place including camera and security systems

People Management:
o Supervise our growing staff of technicians and janitorial employees across
o Build technician and janitorial staff thru hiring, training, and evaluating new employees
o Motivate and disciplining staff, including annual reviews
o Communicate with other departments (Production, R & D, etc) to ensure visibility of all equipment and facilities related topics
o Work cross-functionally with the R & D and People teams

Equipment and Facility excellence:
o Oversee technician and janitorial staff
o Responsible for establishing and maintaining departmental KPI’s
o Maintain cleanliness of machinery, workstations and production spaces
o Obsess over organization of tools, supplies, and overall cleanliness
o Champion continuous improvement initiatives
o Hold daily meetings with technicians and janitorial staff to ensure goals are set and daily expectations are met
o Communicate equipment maintenance status
o Work with technicians to ensure machine up-time is front of mind
o Work with the janitorial staff to ensure cleanliness expectations are met

Desired Skills and Expertise

    • 5+ years of technical and facilities management experience
    • Excellent understanding of production
    • Supervision and people skills, team player, champions cross training initiatives
    • Proficient computer skills: Microsoft, and prior maintenance tracking software
    • Ability to work weekends and extended hours during peak season
