Fluent in Dutch and (German or Polish) and have good written and oral English language skills.
Duties and Responsibilities
· Review customer disputes, gather supporting documentation, and analyze transaction details to understand the root cause of the issue
· Apply company policies and procedures to determine each dispute's appropriate course of action
· Facilitate communication between customers, internal teams, and external stakeholders to reach mutually agreeable resolutions
· Maintain detailed records of all dispute investigations, including communication logs and decision-making rationale
· Escalate complex or unresolved disputes to relevant departments or management for further review
Qualifications
· Fluent in Dutch and German or Polish and have good written and oral English language skills.
· Ability to meet deadlines and adhere to SOP Policies
· Proven ability to assess, prioritize, and balance daily workload while using personal judgment with sound decision-making skills
· Good written and verbal communication skills
· Positive attendance, dependability, and reliability
· Proficient knowledge of Windows applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
· Proficient use of Saleforce/ Service Cloud
· Attention to detail
· 1-2 Years of Experience
· High School / College Preferred
