The Business Process Analyst III will take on a strategic role in shaping Global operational efficiency at a high level, managing large-scale process improvement initiatives, and influencing leadership decisions. This role requires advanced analytical skills, stakeholder management, and deep expertise in process improvement methodologies.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
o Lead large, high-impact process improvement initiatives with significant business implications.
o Act as a change agent, facilitating organizational adoption of new processes and methodologies.
o Drive Global operational transformation projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
o Partner with IT and automation teams (AI, RPA, etc.) to drive technology-enabled process enhancements.
o Develop and implement governance frameworks to standardize business processes.
o Utilize advanced analytics and business intelligence tools to track process effectiveness.
o Work closely with senior leadership to define and drive process improvement strategies.
o Provide thought leadership on process best practices and industry standards.
o Lead process audits to ensure compliance with industry and internal standards.
o Data analysis to determine the return on investment (ROI) associated with the initiatives.
Education, Experience, and Certification Requirements:
o Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
o 5-7 years of experience in business process improvement, operations, or related fields.
o Proficiency in advanced data analysis tools and techniques.
o Proven experience leading large, cross-functional process transformation projects.
o Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
o Expertise in process improvement frameworks (Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, etc.).
