About Trial Library
Trial Library, Inc. is a venture-backed startup founded in 2022 focused on accelerating enrollment and retention to clinical trials with an AI-platform. Trial Library is a mission-driven health technology company dedicated to improving health equity in cancer care by expanding access to precision medicine through clinical trials. We work with community oncology sites, patients, and industry partners to ensure that clinical research is accessible, navigable, and inclusive.

We are seeking a highly accountable, execution-driven Product Manager to lead the development and delivery of user-facing applications that power the Trial Library clinical trial matching and navigation platform. This hybrid role bridges the gap between business needs, product development, and project delivery, playing a key role in developing the user-facing applications of Trial Library’s suite of solutions to facilitate identifying, referring, and enrolling patients into clinical trials. This position is critical to maintaining the highest quality standards as we work towards our company mission. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely and high-quality delivery of product features and project milestones. The ideal candidate has a strong grasp of Agile principles, project planning, and stakeholder communication, and is passionate about improving access to clinical trials.

    • Own and manage the product backlog; write user stories, define acceptance criteria, and prioritize features aligned with business objectives
    • Act as a single point of accountability for on-time, high quality delivery of sprint commitments and product milestones
    • Collaborate with UX/UI, developers, and QA teams during sprints to ensure successful delivery
    • Ensure product features are aligned with regulatory and compliance requirements in clinical trial settings
    • Drive all Agile ceremonies for your product with a focus on velocity, transparency, and continuous improvement, including sprint planning, stand-ups, retros, and reviews
    • Track project status, risks, and issues and communicate updates to stakeholders regularly
    • Maintain all documentation (e.g. roadmaps, timelines, risk logs) to provide real-time visibility into project status for internal stakeholders and leadership

Preferred Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, Computer Science, or related field
    • 3+ experience as a Product Owner or Project Manager in a fast-paced environment
    • Proven track record of delivering complex products efficiently and with accountability
    • Prior experience in or exposure to clinical trials, clinical research, or healthcare technology is a significant plus
    • Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies, with advanced proficiency in tools like Jira and Confluence
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to drive alignment across technical and non-technical stakeholders
