Who We Are

At Trility Consulting®, we’ve built a strong, remote-work culture where people thrive, grow, and support each other – earning us Great Place to Work® Certification. Headquartered in Central Iowa, we embrace flexible schedules and collaboration across geographically distributed teams serving clients from all corners of the United States and globally.

We seek team members with the grit necessary to forge paths where none previously existed, to get back up when circumstances knock them down, to adapt to the changing needs of the client even when it is uncomfortable, and to deliver on our commitments. Candidates must respect and value people, recognize that over-communication is barely good enough, thrive on solving complex problems, have a passion for building teams, and know that delivering what a client actually values is more important than their own predispositions. They understand value proposition, love delivering value, and take pride in learning the expansive and ever-changing business of clients. Candidates are self-motivated and relentlessly working to become more today than they were yesterday.

What You Will Do

Trility Consulting is seeking an experienced Senior Delivery Consultant to help our clients maximize their investment with us. You’ll do this by understanding their business, applying your skills to the project, and delivering value from day one. As a Senior Delivery Consultant, you'll leverage your breadth of experience to ensure and validate that the team frequently delivers tangible value to the client by working at the intersection of business value and technology enablement. You’ll need to understand where the client is, where they want to go, and how you and Trility can help them get there.

We partner with clients to deliver value with them, not to them. On projects, Trility may use titles that resonate with clients to ensure understanding of your role from the start. Potential titles include, but are not limited to: Project Lead, Delivery Manager, Product Owner, Product Manager, Scrum Master, Business Analyst, or Change Management Specialist. No matter the title, your role on a project encompasses the following:

    • Lead delivery efforts that bring business and technology together, solving high-consequence problems for clients
    • Translate business objectives into clear plans, roadmaps, and iterative deliverables
    • Apply a structured, people-first approach to change—helping clients articulate the “why,” assess impacts, plan for challenges, and guide adoption
    • Coach and enable cross-functional teams to adopt new ways of working
    • Invite change and enable teams and clients to adapt
    • Operate with clarity in complex, fast-paced environments—and help others do the same
    • Collaborate closely with delivery leads, stakeholders, and client teams to ensure outcomes stay aligned with vision
    • Help clients articulate the “why” behind change and gain alignment from key stakeholders
    • Assessing change impacts across teams and planning for resistance
    • Applying best practices like communication planning, readiness assessments, training plans, and stakeholder engagement
    • Proactively address risks, issues, and dependencies to increase adoption probability and flow while minimizing disruption and friction
    • Act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients toward sustainable outcomes rather than short-term fixes

What You Bring

    • A servant-leader mindset focused on educating, enabling, and equipping teams and clients
    • An understanding of the shadow you cast as a leader, i.e., lead by example
    • You understand the value of frequent feedback loops leading to change opportunities
    • You know what it means to deliver small payloads using short iterations
    • You understand that lasting change doesn’t happen by chance—it’s planned, intentional, and people-first.
    • Experience with setting and managing expectations frequently, often, and always
    • You bring a thoughtful, software-experienced, structured approach to guiding change
    • Proven ability to bridge business strategy and technical delivery in evolving environments
    • Strong practicing knowledge of Agile principles and experience delivering end-to-end software product solutions to market
    • A solid foundation in change management principles, methodologies, and tools
    • Experience leading and supporting change initiatives including stakeholder alignment, communication planning, resistance management, and organizational readiness
    • Confidence working across all levels of an organization—from executives to technical teams
    • Ability to translate big-picture goals into executable epics, user stories, and iterative roadmaps
    • Very comfortable with tools like Jira, Confluence, and Miro; experience with estimation, prioritization, and release planning
    • An ability to get your point across in a practiced, succinct, professional, and persuasive manner
    • 10+ years in Agile software project/product management, product management, delivery consulting (e.g., Critical Chain, Lean, XP, PMP, Scrum, etc.)
    • A PROSCI certification or formal training in organizational change management is a plus
