You’ll play a key role in driving meaningful change, while building foundational expertise in a rapidly evolving field. This is a role for an early-career professional focused on high-quality analytical and project delivery support. The Analyst will work across both sustainability and clean energy engagements, contributing to internal workstreams and client deliverables. Scope includes a range of projects across sustainability strategy, greenhouse gas (GHG) inventory development, decarbonization and net-zero planning, supply chain decarbonization, renewable energy procurement, market research, and compliance with evolving disclosure frameworks. Analysts will regularly use Excel, PowerPoint, and PowerBI to support client deliverables and internal collaboration.

Responsibilities:

    • Create compelling, client-ready PowerPoint deliverables and Excel-based models and tools.
    • Stay informed on industry trends and regulatory changes, and contribute to Trio thought leadership via proposals, whitepapers, or internal tools. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, clients, and global colleagues to support project delivery and knowledge-sharing.

Desired Background:

    • 1-3 years’ experience in the sustainability or clean energy field with a clear trajectory of increasing ownership over tasks and deliverables; consultancy / professional services experience preferred.
