As a Marketing Manager you can expect to:

- Develop current marketing activation plans with a focus on brand awareness and lead generation using Paid, Earned, and Owned Media
- Lead a small team of internal and contracted specialists to ensure business unit growth and excellence
- Work within the commercial team and cross functionally to develop brand awareness, improve lead generation, manage content creation and curation, and create marketing collateral that converts


Required Qualifications & Experience:

- 4+ years professional experience with Online and offline marketing: hands-on experience with digital media, including SEO/SEM, display, social, email, and affiliate channels
- 2+ years' experience working with technical or SaaS customers
- 1+ years’ experience with data analytics, understanding of A/B and multivariate testing, user segmentation, and reporting processes
- Knowledge of Demand Generation tactics and Lead Conversion principle
- Commitment to continuous improvement


Desired Qualifications & Experience:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Hard working and detail-oriented
- Extensive experience creating audience segments and developing marketing campaigns that deliver a targeted message and create brand affinity
- Experience communicating with and engaging a variety of audiences
- Accomplished at leveraging full value from marketing automation processes and tools
- Ability to manage multiple threads of work

$80,000 - $95,000 a year

Location

Trip Ninja is based in Halifax, Canada and we will be prioritizing candidates in the following cities: Toronto, London, Ottawa, Vancouver, Winnipeg, and Calgary.
