We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Property Manager Supervisor to oversee a portfolio of residential properties in the USC area. This individual will lead a team of Property Managers and Associates, ensure smooth daily operations, and deliver exceptional resident experiences while meeting operational and financial goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support a team of Property Managers and Maintenance Coordinators in the USC portfolio.
- Oversee day-to-day operations, including resident relations, maintenance coordination, and vendor management.
- Ensure all properties are in excellent physical and financial condition and compliant with all local, state, and federal regulations.
- Analyze property performance and prepare regular reports on rent collection, maintenance requests, and budget tracking.
- Lead team meetings, provide training and mentorship, and drive operational efficiency across the portfolio.
- Act as the main point of escalation for resident concerns and complex property issues.
- Collaborate closely with the Regional Manager and other departments to align with Tripalink’s broader goals.
- Participate in strategic planning for USC market expansion and property improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of property management experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of Fair Housing laws, landlord-tenant regulations, and property operations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
- Proficiency in property management software (AppFolio or Yardi) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Bilingual (English/Mandarin) is a plus, but not required.
$30 - $34 an hour
