Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of multiple residential communities in the Seattle region.
- Lead, coach, and support on-site property management teams.
- Monitor and drive performance to meet occupancy, retention, and revenue targets.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal housing regulations.
- Implement and uphold company policies, procedures, and brand standards.
- Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and capital improvement plans.
- Partner with leasing, maintenance, and construction teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Serve as point of escalation for resident concerns and resolve issues promptly.
- Identify process improvements and operational efficiencies across properties.
- Provide ongoing reporting and performance updates to senior leadership.
Qualifications:
- 3–5+ years of experience in multi-site property management, preferably residential/multifamily.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Deep understanding of property management financials, budgets, and KPIs.
- Proven ability to drive operational efficiency and team performance across multiple locations.
- Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and organizational skills.
- Tech-savvy with experience in property management systems (AppFolio or Yardi)
- Ability to travel between properties within the Seattle area as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
$85,000 - $95,000 a year
