Responsibilities:

    • Plan, organize, and execute monthly offline events, including concept development, budget planning, and on-site coordination to ensure seamless execution and brand consistency.
    • Develop and manage pre-event marketing campaigns across multiple platforms (Instagram, RED, and email), including content scheduling, warm-up promotions, RSVP collection, and conversion rate tracking.
    • Lead on-site event execution, overseeing setup, staff coordination, partner engagement, and real-time content creation and posting to maximize audience engagement.
    • Conduct post-event analysis, summarizing key takeaways, evaluating KPIs and conversion metrics, and preparing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
    • Optimize website SEO and SEM strategies, and utilize GA4 analytics to monitor performance, measure conversions, and enhance marketing effectiveness

Requirements:

    • 1–3 years of experience in event marketing, social media management, or related fields.
    • Excellent organizational, communication, and execution capabilities.
    • Creative, analytical, and detail-oriented, with a results-driven mindset.
    • Fluent in English; Mandarin proficiency preferred.
    • Work on-site in Los Angeles.
