Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of design documentation using Autodesk and Adobe programs.
- Travel to construction job sites to photograph and document construction progress (mileage reimbursed).
- Support the team with document organization, bookkeeping tasks, and submitting consultant invoice payment requests.
- Help incorporate schematic designs, code requirements, material selections, and spatial limitations into detailing and documentation.
- Assist with contract administration tasks such as:
- Reviewing shop drawings and submittals
- Developing supplementary construction drawings
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from an Architecture or related program.
- Familiarity with other Autodesk and Adobe Creative Suite tools preferred; Proficiency in Autodesk Revit is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and organization.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
- Must have a valid driver's license and access to a vehicle for job site visits.

$20 - $22 an hour
