We have built Machine Learning models that predict the likelihood of an engineer getting an offer from a particular company. Interviewing and assessing engineering talent tends to be noisy, but our technical assessment has proven to be good enough to extract meaningful signals. We collect data on interview results and in-house evaluations, which gives us a unique dataset to play with. We've used that data to deliver a 40% conversion rate on our candidates at interview to offer, compared to the industry standard 20%.

We're an experienced team, the founders have each built and sold companies before. Ammon and Guillaume founded Socialcam (acquired by Autodesk for $60 million) and Harj was the first partner hired at Y Combinator since its founding.
About The Role
Triplebyte is a hiring marketplace that matches engineers with companies. Your key responsibility will be growing the number of companies (the demand side) on our marketplace.
Companies using Triplebyte today have largely come inbound through word of mouth or referrals. This continues to grow quickly and you'll be responsible for both increasing the inbound flow while also working on proactive outbound strategies to increase the number of leads for our sales team to follow up with. The target customer is any company that's hiring software engineers.
We expect you'll use a combination of targeted email campaigns, advertising, content, events and any other creative strategies you can think of to reach hiring managers and technical recruiters. We're looking for someone who can be a player/coach. You'll both be running experiments and getting ideas off the ground as an IC while also hiring and managing the team to scale yourself.
- Evidence that you've worked on top of the funnel lead generation and marketing in some capacity. We want to see that you've thought about this class of problem before.
- Creative thinking to identify new strategies and experiments we can run to get more companies on our marketplace.
